From your brief to the handover

5 steps, in order. Each one ends with something in writing that you agree to before the next begins. The scope, the cost and who owns the work are settled before anything is built.

  1. Your brief

You say what you need, by when, and what already exists, by email, WhatsApp or the form. A few lines is enough.

You receiveA plain answer on whether Doktahoo is the right developer for the work.

  2. Agreeing the scope

Doktahoo looks at what exists and works out the job with you. If what you asked for would not solve the problem, you hear it before anything is built. The price, the stages, payment terms and who owns the work are agreed in writing first.

You receiveA written scope and price you can take to whoever approves the budget, and an agreement with confidentiality (NDA) terms.

  3. Building, with previews

The work happens in small steps. Each one goes on a private preview link, a test copy of the site or app, that you can open or share at any time.

You receiveRegular demos on the preview link, and a clear record of what changed.

  4. Calls, as needed

When a meeting needs a developer in the room, Doktahoo joins it. For an agency, that is under your agency’s name unless you decide otherwise.

You receiveTechnical answers when you need them, in plain words.

  5. Handover to you

The code, the instructions and the logins go to you, or to whoever the agreement names. After that, Doktahoo can keep looking after it by the month or job by job.

You receiveCode, logins and instructions, in the accounts the agreement names.

Rates and ways to hire

Hire Doktahoo by the project, by the month, or for a small job. Rates are agreed per engagement, based on the scope and the timeline.

Your team’s tools

Doktahoo works in the chat and task tools your team already uses. You see progress on the preview link, and anything that needs a record goes by email.

Your code, and your name

A confidentiality agreement (NDA) is in place by default, and the work belongs to whoever the agreement names. Agencies get white-label by default: the work goes out under your name, and Doktahoo is credited only if you want it.

Invoicing

Invoices come from DOKTAHOO TECHNOLOGY, registered with SSM, so your accounts show a registered supplier rather than a person.
